Replaced shared drives and email attachments with one synced document space.

Situation

Drawings and process documents were spread across shared drives and email attachments. Versions conflicted, and people often worked from outdated copies.

What we did

Rolled out KyoSync across the engineering and production teams. Current documents live in one synced space; older versions remain available in history.
